Advertising and affiliate disclosure
How ArgentoDir is funded and why advertising never influences listings or rankings.
Last reviewed: October 2026
ArgentoDir is free for visitors. To cover hosting, data and maintenance costs, the site earns revenue in the following ways.
Display advertising
We show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to personalise ads, subject to your consent where required by law (see our cookie policy). Ads are served automatically by Google; we do not select advertisers by name and we do not endorse advertised products or services.
Advertising is always separate from editorial content. Advertisers cannot buy a listing, a better position, or a change in any description or guide.
Affiliate links
Some guides link to products (for example Argentine pantry staples or cookware) through affiliate programmes such as Amazon Associates. If you buy through one of those links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are never used to decide which places are listed or how they rank.
Featured listings (paid placement)
A city page may show a box labelled Featured. Those slots are optional paid placements. They sit above the directory list and do not change the organic ranking described in our methodology. Organic lists, “top picks” and guides cannot be bought. If no Featured box is visible, no paid placement is active on that page.
Sponsored content
We do not publish paid reviews. Other sponsored formats, if added later, will be labelled and kept apart from organic ranking.
