What ArgentoDir is
ArgentoDir is an independent online directory of Argentine restaurants, empanada shops, bakeries and grocery stores, worldwide, with the deepest coverage in Spain and the United States. It exists for people looking for a proper parrilla, a dozen empanadas, alfajores or yerba mate away from Argentina: one place to compare places by city, with address, map location, contact details, opening hours where published, ratings and links to the official website.
We do not take food orders, reservations or deliveries, and we do not sell listings or rankings.
Where the information comes from
Listings are compiled from public sources: public business listings (including Google Maps data) and the place’s own website. We collect the data automatically, then structure, de-duplicate and group it (for example, several branches of the same brand) so it is easier to compare. Ratings and review counts are third-party opinions shown for orientation, not our own assessment.
Because businesses change, always confirm hours, menus, prices and delivery options directly with the place before you rely on them. Read exactly how listings are selected, ranked and refreshed on our methodology page.
How the site is funded
ArgentoDir is free to use. It is funded by display advertising (Google AdSense) and, where stated, affiliate links. Advertising and affiliate relationships never decide whether a place is listed or where it ranks. The full policy is on our advertising and affiliate disclosure.
Corrections, removals and new listings
If a place is missing, outdated, wrongly described or should be removed, use the contact form or suggest a place. Every submission is reviewed manually, and verified corrections are applied on the next site update.
